Terms & Conditions

Your contract is with Travel Expeditions India (“the Company”). This contract becomes effective when:

• We confirm the tour you select, and
• We receive your duly completed booking form along with the required deposit.

You must provide accurate and full information in the booking form as requested.

At the time of confirmation, you are required to pay a deposit equal to at least 50% of the total tour cost per person, unless otherwise specified.

• You may pay via bank transfer, credit card, or other electronic means as permitted.
• A surcharge of 3% will be added if payment is made by credit card.
• The remaining balance must be paid on or before 10 working days prior to the tour start date.

Once your booking is confirmed, amendments (dates, hotels, itinerary) may attract additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.

We accept liability only for services we directly control. We are not liable for events caused by:

• Third parties (independent contractors).
• Force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
• Failures attributable to you.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid.

Report any issues immediately to our local representative so we can address them on the spot. Disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to New Delhi jurisdiction.

Domestic Airlines: Typically 15 kg checked / 7 kg hand luggage.

Excess baggage charges must be paid by you directly to the airline. We bear no responsibility for refusal of boarding due to baggage issues.

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond travel. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas. These costs are not included in the tour price.

You must declare medical conditions at booking. We strongly advise purchasing Travel Insurance (including medical). The Company is not responsible for health-related issues or loss during the trip.

Check-in: ~14:00 hrs
Check-out: ~12:00 hrs

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Use of vehicles beyond the planned itinerary (extra sightseeing, transfers, etc.) is not included and will attract additional charges.

We reserve the right to modify or substitute any part of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or for the safety of travelers.

In the event of sudden cost increases (fuel, taxes, currency), we may impose surcharges. We absorb up to 2%, but excess may be passed to you.
